Cash-on-delivery orders, right from the product page
Codform is a Shopify app that adds a short order form to your product pages. Shoppers enter their name, phone number, city and address, tap “Order now”, and the order lands in Shopify, ready for you to confirm and ship.
Orders keep flowing
If an order can't be created for any reason, the shopper is taken to Shopify checkout with their details filled in, and you get an alert.
Arabic, French and English
The form follows your store's language, with right-to-left layout for Arabic. The app's admin is available in all three languages too.
Flat pricing
Free for up to 60 orders a month. Pro is $14.99 a month for unlimited orders, with a 7-day free trial. Billed by Shopify.
